How it works
Step 1 – Introduction
Before we start working together, we schedule a short intake of about 10–15 minutes.
We’ll discuss:
your type of business
how you manage your bookkeeping
whether my services fit your situation
That way, we both know exactly where we stand.
Step 2 – You stay in control
Throughout the year, you manage your own bookkeeping in a system of your choice.
You remain responsible for:
your administration
your VAT returns
Giving you full control over your numbers.
Step 3 – Year-end closing
At the end of the year, you send me your bookkeeping and required documents.
I will then:
review your administration
correct any inaccuracies
prepare your annual accounts
file your income tax return

Who is the Singing Bookkeeper
Cathelijne ten Houte de Lange has two great passions: music and numbers. An unusual combination for many—but that’s exactly where her strength lies.
With a grandmother who was a singer and a grandfather who worked as an accountant, her love for both music and numbers runs in her blood. Combining the two worlds simply made sense.
In 2017, Cathelijne graduated in Business Economics. During and after her studies, she worked in various financial roles—from bookkeeping to handling royalty contracts at a record label. In recent years, she worked as an in-house bookkeeper.
In July 2025, she decided to take a new direction and start her own business—allowing her to combine her financial expertise with her work as a singer, musician, and voice-over artist.
